Bilingual Sr. Leasing Consultant

Welcome potential residents via phone or in-person and assist in their search for a new apartment home by showing units and providing community tours. Coordinate the rental application and qualification process with prospective residents while collaborating with the Property Manager on community and resident appreciation events. Assist residents with lease renewals and various requests, delivering excellent customer service to all residents, prospects, applicants, internal associates, and external vendors. This bilingual Sr. Leasing Consultant role at General Services Corporation requires at least one year of sales and customer service experience, with previous leasing experience preferred. Candidates must be 18 or older, hold a valid driver's license with proof of insurance, and pass a criminal background check and drug test.
