Job Summary
Senior bilingual HR leader to oversee all HR functions across the organization, driving recruitment, employee relations, compensation/benefits, compliance, performance management, and organizational development. Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives; partner with leadership on workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement. Supervise HR staff and ensure high departmental performance. Manage full recruitment lifecycle, create job descriptions and org charts, conduct workforce planning, and support leave administration. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; lead continuous improvement of HR processes and policies. Require a Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business, 5+ years of progressive HR leadership, and bilingual English/Spanish; preferred SHRM certifications and multi-location/fast-paced operational experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR reporting tools
- Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, compensation, benefits, compliance, and HR best practices
- Experience managing workplace investigations and employee relations matters
- Strong communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and organizational skills
