Job Summary

Conduct comprehensive bilingual assessments of students' speech, language, and communication skills in English and Spanish. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address communication goals, providing direct therapy services to students individually and in small groups. Collaborate with teachers and school staff to integrate therapy strategies into classroom activities and IEPs, while maintaining regular communication with parents to update progress. Utilize evidence-based techniques and maintain accurate, confidential documentation of all sessions and assessments. Work onsite in a school setting for the 26/27 academic year, supporting the mission to empower PreK-12 schools with accessible clinical solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certification or proficiency in the target language (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, etc.)
  • Previous experience working as a bilingual speech-language pathologist in a school or educational setting
  • Strong knowledge of speech and language development, disorders, and therapy techniques in both English and the target language
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, school staff, and related service providers
  • Proficiency in assessment, therapy planning, and documentation

Desired Qualifications

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
