Job Summary
Provide speech and language therapy services for K–8th grade students through individualized intervention, conduct evaluations, and contribute to IEP development. Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student outcomes by participating in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team collaboration. Deliver services in both English and Spanish as appropriate while maintaining accurate and timely documentation. This onsite role supports students across Carpentersville, Dundee, Algonquin, and Hampshire areas, with placements matched to skills and interests. AnthroMed Education offers a collaborative culture featuring 1:1 Clinical Director guidance, bi-weekly team meetings, and access to therapy materials and CEU resources.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish SLP required
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathology License (IDFPR)
- Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
