Bilingual (Spanish) Treatment Coordinator (Dekalb)

Treatment Coordinator role in orthodontics: responsible for communicating with patients and families to understand oral health history and treatment objectives, explaining treatment plans, prioritizing treatment, scheduling and payment arrangements, conducting financial consultations, educating patients on dental benefits and outside financing options, managing accounts receivable and collections, updating patient spreadsheets, conducting outbound calls, greeting patients, assisting in marketing events, handling cash, answering calls, and traveling to sister clinics as needed; must be bilingual in Spanish and able to work full-time at the Sycamore, IL base with travel to Algonquin and Aurora locations; requires high school diploma or GED, and experience in customer service, sales, and treatment coordinating; proficient with Microsoft Office and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
