Job Summary
Process financial transactions, manage the lobby, and provide digital demonstrations to customers in English and Spanish. Balance accounts, handle cash ordering and wire transfers, and resolve escalated account issues while logging complaints. Complete Consumer AML, BSA, and KYC activities, and adhere to compliance and operational risk controls. Transition sales opportunities to banking partners and address branch operational needs. Fluently communicate in both languages, stand for long periods, and lift objects up to 30 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
- Experience with data entry
- Experience with cash handling
- Ability to fluently communicate both verbally and in writing with bank customers in both English and the specified second language
- Proficiency to be determined via an assessment
