Job Summary
Delivers a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Processes a variety of customer interactions and high-volume banking transactions. Educates customers on alternatives and options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology and banking products. Identifies banking opportunities during customer interactions and makes referrals to branch staff. Engages customers in the lobby to connect them with PNC products and services, leveraging technology and resources to meet needs. Strong emphasis on customer focus, risk awareness, and adherence to policies and procedures. In-office role based at the Callaghan branch in San Antonio, TX; bilingual Spanish required.
