Job Summary
Balance service requests and sales opportunities while providing subject matter expertise on financial solutions. Work with clients to uncover needs and recommend products, including checking accounts, credit cards, CDs, IRAs, and loans. Respond to inquiries, create customized solutions, and quote rates and terms for banking offerings. Identify client needs for licensed sales functions and manage risk in every transaction. Requires intermediate computer proficiency, strong decision-making skills, and bilingual Spanish. Schedule runs Tuesday through Saturday with weekend and holiday coverage.

- Minimum of an intermediate level of proficiency with computers
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual Spanish
