Job Summary
Conduct daily sales and customer service at T-Mobile retail locations, serving as the primary point of contact for clients while driving revenue through engaging interactions. Manage standard retail duties including product demonstrations, order processing, and maintaining store standards, with flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Requires bilingual Spanish and English proficiency, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 25 pounds. Eligible only for new hires in Mobile Associate or Retail Assistant Manager tracks, not for promotions. Required Qualifications
- Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
