Job Summary
Conduct administrative duties at the store and keep promotions and pricing up to date daily. Maintain facilities for audit compliance and assist the Store Leader in executing sales, service, and customer experience initiatives. Partner with the Store Manager to observe and coach employees as needed. This role supports the Store Manager's leadership while preparing for advancement to Store Manager. Open work availability is required for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- At least 18 years of age
- A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment
- Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds
