Bilingual Spanish T-Mobile Retail Assistant Manager

Conduct administrative duties at the store and keep all promotions and pricing provided to the sales teams up to date daily. Maintain facilities for audit compliance and assist the Store Leader in executing initiatives related to sales, service, and customer experience. Partner with the Store Manager to observe and coach all employees as needed. This role requires open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a pay range of $20 to $24 per hour including bonuses and spiffs. As a Retail Assistant Manager, you provide attentive service and lead by example for teammates, with opportunities to grow toward a Store Manager position.
