Job Summary
Bilingual Spanish T-Mobile Retail Assistant Manager responsible for store operations, leadership, and delivering a great customer experience. Lead and coach retail staff, maintain promotions and pricing, ensure audit/compliance, and support the Store Leader in driving sales, service, and customer satisfaction. Requires open availability, strong communication, leadership abilities, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Compensation includes an average pay range with bonuses/spiffs, new-hire bonus ramp-up, and several benefits. Location: Bryan, TX, USA.
Required Qualifications
- Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- At least 18 years of age

- Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment
- Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds
