Job Summary
Conduct initial, annual, and triennial speech-language assessments and prepare comprehensive evaluation reports to determine IDEA eligibility. Develop and implement measurable IEP goals while providing direct therapy in individual and group settings for elementary, middle, and high school students. Address articulation, language, fluency, voice, pragmatics, and AAC needs through multidisciplinary team collaboration and IEP meetings. Monitor student progress, maintain accurate service logs, and ensure compliance with state timelines and procedural safeguards. Complete Medi-Cal billing documentation and provide consultation to staff and families.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid California Speech-Language Pathology License
- Valid Clinical or Rehabilitative Services Credential in Speech-Language Pathology issued by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing
- ASHA Certification
- Bilingual (Spanish)
