Job Summary
Administer medications, treatments, and nursing care while providing clinical leadership to staff during shifts. Deliver direct care, support community engagement, and assist with personal hygiene, mobility, and household tasks to promote independence. Maintain accurate records using the iCare system and follow behavior and person-centered support plans consistently. Advocate for individuals by empowering them to express choices, goals, and rights while fostering meaningful connections and family involvement. Requires an active Maryland LPN license, one year of related experience, a good driving record, and ability to perform two-person lifts. Full-time and part-time shifts available.
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN license
- Ability to lift/support individuals with assistance
- Willingness to work in multiple residential settings as needed
- Completion of all required DDA and agency trainings
- Valid LPN license for the state of Maryland
- At least 1 year of related experience working with individuals in a care-giving setting
- Good driving record
- Reliable vehicle
- Current Maryland Driver's license
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated care-giving skills such as personal care provision
- Demonstrated care-giving skills such as repositioning skills
- Ability to lift a person with assistance (two-person lift)
