Job Summary
Train and lead a team to deliver an extraordinary customer experience that exceeds sales targets. Supervise daily location operations, including hiring, scheduling, and coaching staff to ensure strong sales results and quality store standards. Achieve location goals by developing team members to meet Key Performance Indicators while maintaining a clean, safe environment through inventory counts and merchandising. Build a steady client base through ethical practices and partner with AT&T Signature to establish business accounts via community events. Initiate and enforce operational policies while complying with legal requirements. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year management experience in a similar field
- 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards
- Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age
- Legally able to be employed in the US
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand and walk around
- Ability to move about for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to occasionally lift and move objects of up to 10 pounds
- Ability to reach with hands and arms
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to balance on ladders
- Ability to stoop, kneeling, crouching
- Ability to handle display materials and merchandise
- Ability to work with small parts in mobile phones
- Ability to look at a computer screen for prolonged periods of time
