Job Summary
Coach and develop team members to achieve sales targets while supervising daily store operations, including hiring, scheduling, and enforcing operational policies. Build a steady client base through ethical business practices and partner with AT&T Signature to establish business accounts via community events. Maintain location staffing through retention strategies and training, ensuring a clean, safe environment with proper inventory counts and merchandising. Uphold legal requirements and stay current on technical knowledge through workshops and professional networks. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year management experience in a similar field
- 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards
- Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age
- Legally able to be employed in the US
- High School diploma or equivalent
