Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant

On the sales floor, use a consultative approach to guide customers through options and close sales, with a focus on bilingual Spanish/English interactions. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, earning commissions, participating in community events, filling online orders, making outbound calls to existing and potential customers, and supporting customers with the latest AT&T devices and services. Schedule shifts run 9am–9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based scheduling. Training and coaching provided if prior retail experience is lacking; compensation includes hourly pay plus commissions, with total annual earnings potential up to the top end of the range and comprehensive benefits.
