Job Summary
Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant at AT&T. You’ll use a consultative sales approach on the sales floor to guide customers through options, contribute to meeting sales targets, and earn commissions with AT&T’s products and services. You’ll participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The role includes a 40-hour workweek with a schedule that includes 9am–9pm and weekends, plus annual seniority-based scheduling. Training and coaching are provided if you’re new to sales. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and potential annual earnings from base pay plus commission.
