Job Summary
Bilingual (Spanish) Retail Parts Pro responsible for facilitating a selling experience for DIY customers, achieving personal/store sales goals, and performing DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs). Requires expert automotive parts knowledge, ability to source from multiple channels, and strong inventory/stocking skills. duties include inventory control, cycle counts, truck put-away, store cleanliness, and operating POS/parts lookup systems. Key holder responsibilities and customer-service excellence are essential; candidates should demonstrate safety awareness and ability to work various day/evening/weekend shifts. Must read/write in English; Spanish language skills are a plus. ASE certification is preferred but not required; valid drivere22ac license is required.
