Job Summary
Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy under BCBA supervision to Spanish-speaking clients in Norcross, GA; implement individualized treatment plans; teach functional life and communication skills; complete session documentation; collaborate with families to ensure consistency. Schedule is part-time, 15–20 hours per week, after-school hours, Monday–Friday with weekends as needed. RBT certification required; bilingual Spanish capability is leveraged to support clients; includes supervision and opportunities for BCBA pathway. Benefits include PTO/sick time and referral bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with a high school diploma
- Active RBT certification
- Pass background check
