Job Summary
Guide customers through their options using a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, leveraging AT&T's full suite of products to create meaningful connections. Fulfill duties by filling online orders, making outbound calls to existing and potential customers, and participating in community events. Work a flexible schedule between 9 am-9 pm including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available two weeks in advance. This part-time role offers weekly hours of 20 and includes uncapped commission opportunities for top sellers. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, though training and coaching are provided for those without it.
