Job Summary
Deliver outstanding service and value to Members through genuine care, personal service, and meeting expectations across multiple branch locations while directly achieving individual sales targets. Perform fundamental customer interactions including Member Services, product sales, and concierge duties, utilizing consultative sales techniques to uncover needs, present solutions, and close opportunities. Maintain proficiency with AAA products, systems, and standard operating procedures to ensure compliance and operational excellence. This full-time, onsite role at AAA Sonoma requires bilingual Spanish speaking skills and includes Saturday work.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish speaking skills
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2-4 years of work experience
- at least 1 year in a sales role
- Sales experience
- Must be flexible with work shifts
- Must be available to work in different branch locations
- Must be available to work on Saturdays
- Must be able to travel between locations regularly
- Must be able to stand, walk, or sit at a desk, table, or computer workstation for extended periods of time
- Must be able to bend and lift up to 15 pounds
- Must be able to work on Saturday's
- Must be able to travel by car, plane or other form of transportation to attend business meetings
- Must be able to work in different branch locations
Desired Qualifications
- Backgrounds in insurance, retail, hospitality, service industries, or call centers
- Demonstrated success working with defined sales standards and goals
- consistently meeting or exceeding targets
