Job Summary
Support the Branch Manager by implementing marketing strategies, nurturing business relationships, and guiding new and refinanced loans while ensuring compliance. Address delinquent accounts to find solutions benefiting both the branch and customers, and set a positive standard for customer service and sales. Provide coaching and training to help the team reach their full potential, while engaging in ongoing development to contribute to the company's succession plan. Work full-time Monday through Friday with evenings and weekends based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
