Bilingual Spanish Field Sales Representative

Job Summary
Drive to selected homes using a company-provided vehicle, conducting in-person interviews to recruit statistically selected households and collecting household demographics and technical data. Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with procedures while meeting performance goals, quality standards, and customer satisfaction targets. Be prepared for overnight stays up to half of your working time, including driving for up to 8 hours daily and standing for up to 6 hours. This role requires living in the Queens area with fluent Spanish skills and involves navigating diverse home environments, varying weather conditions, and different levels of cleanliness. Candidates must be willing to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, while interacting with diverse people and pets.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish
- Live in the Queens area
- High School Diploma/GED OR 2+ years equivalent work experience
- Valid driver's license
- Satisfactory driving record
- Strong computer skills (iOS, MS Windows, Google applications)
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to read and write English
- Ability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends
- Willingness and ability to travel overnight up to 50% of the time
- Adaptability and openness to diverse environments
- Willingness and ability to interact with diverse people, neighborhoods, and conditions of homes for several hours at a time
- Comfort with working in various home environments while maintaining professionalism
- Strong interpersonal skills to navigate diverse social situations effectively
- Must be willing and able (with or without reasonable accommodation) to be outside, in all weather conditions recruiting preselected residential addresses
- Ability to navigate stairs, elevators, walkways, and driveways (paved and unpaved) and a wide variety of entrances into people's homes
- Driving for up to 8 hours a day
- Standing for up to 6 hours a day
- Kneeling for up to 2 hours a day
- Ability to walk 1/2 mile
- Ability to lift 20 lbs.
