Maintain a valid driver's license for official business use of the provided company vehicle while working a varied schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. Achieve sales targets through upselling techniques and building quick rapport, supported by ongoing coaching and mentoring.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of commission sales experience
- Outside sales experience
- Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets
- Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction
- Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly
- Valid driver's license
- Must be hired for a San Ramon, CA location
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
