Job Summary
Bilingual Spanish Field Sales Representative needed to contribute to AT&T’s in-home field sales efforts. Responsibilities include delivering personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments, closing deals through hands-on demos and Wi-Fi assessments, and ensuring customer connectivity with AT&T products and services. Role emphasizes independent work in the field, ongoing coaching/training, and a focus on achieving sales targets with uncapped commission potential. Candidates should have demonstrated commission-based sales success, strong verbal communication, and the ability to build rapport quickly. A valid driver’s license and willingness to drive (company vehicle provided) are required. Positions located in Tucson, Casa Grande, and Green Valley, AZ, with a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays; background check and drug screening are conditions of employment.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of commission sales experience required
- outside sales experience highly preferred
- valid driver’s license
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- driving responsibility with company vehicle provided
