Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, distribution, storage, and order processing to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Manage stock from pickup to delivery, process shipments quickly, and maintain error-free invoices. Direct hiring, training, and scheduling of warehouse staff while enforcing safety regulations to reduce on-the-job injuries. Operate heavy equipment safely and handle large orders. Communicate with vendors, clients, and leadership to maintain cohesive company operations. Requires forklift license, bilingual Spanish/English skills, and minimum two years of warehouse management experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Must be bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Previous experience in warehouse or logistics
- Minimum of two years management experience
- Forklift license
