Job Summary
Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative on-site at SRS Building Products in Chicago, IL. Delivers outstanding service by handling inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and in-person; provides product information; engages in counter sales and coordinates with sales, drivers, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Uses ERP and CRM systems for order entry and cash transactions; identifies opportunities to support sales growth. Works closely with internal teams to uphold company values and ensure compliance. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills; ADA accommodations available; background checks and drug screening required; authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Travel is not required.
Required Qualifications
- Proven customer service and phone handling experience
- Familiarity with CRM systems and ERP platforms for order entry and cash transactions
