Job Summary
Drive customer acquisition through storefront and online channels using effective sales tools and marketing techniques while delivering exceptional customer experience. Present tailored financial solutions aligned with customer goals, educate clients on loan terms, and build strong relationships throughout the loan lifecycle. Support branch financial objectives by maintaining strict adherence to federal and state regulations, ensuring accurate cash controls, and conducting documented collection activities. Foster a positive team environment while actively participating in branch initiatives and community marketing efforts to generate growth. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to travel within the division, and willingness to work flexible schedules with potential overtime.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Sales and/or customer service experience
- Equivalent experience to sales and/or customer service
- One year of experience in sales
- One year of experience in retail
- One year of experience in banking
- One year of experience in collections
- Strong math skills
- Ability to count cash
- Professional verbal communication by phone and in person
- Ability to read, write, evaluate, and apply complex and detailed information
- Ability to work alone on occasion
- Ability to interact professionally and exhibit appropriate social skills
- Ability to negotiate payment terms
- Ability to effectively communicate loan requirements
- Ability to understand and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and laws governing the industry/business and employees
- Ability to use computer programs required to process customer transactions
- Ability to follow procedures in the normal course of business
- Ability to develop and maintain business relationships
- Valid driver's license
- Access to insured, reliable transportation
- Ability to travel within division
- Age 18 (or 19 in AL)
- Eligible to work in the USA
- Ability to successfully complete all post offer screens
