Job Summary
Coordinate community events, distribute educational materials, and connect underserved populations with essential health services while collaborating with internal departments and external agencies. Conduct health screenings and community presentations to promote health awareness, reduce barriers to care, and foster trust between TrueCare and the communities we serve. This role requires bilingual English/Spanish skills, an associate degree in healthcare or equivalent experience, and the ability to work outside standard hours including evenings and weekends. Candidates must hold a California driver's license with proof of insurance and a clean driving record. We offer competitive pay ranging from $23 to $32.20 hourly, generous paid time off, and low-cost health, dental, vision, and life insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Associate degree in healthcare or related field, or 2+ years of equivalent experience in outreach, healthcare, or customer service
- Knowledge of local community-based agencies i.e. experience conducting health screenings and community presentations!
- Availability to work outside of standard hours (e.g., evenings, weekends)
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills
- Ability to build relationships across diverse populations
- California Driver's License
- Proof of automobile insurance
