Job Summary
Learn about members, educate them on financial solutions, and provide ethical lending services. Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and wire transfers while handling disputes professionally. Perform advanced frontline tasks such as managing IRAs and CDs. Share knowledge on industry trends and business opportunities with teammates. Deliver excellent face-to-face service daily. Work flexible Monday through Saturday schedules, 35-40 hours weekly, with bilingual Spanish candidates eligible for a language differential.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual-Spanish
- Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008
- Pass performance expectations
- Consistently demonstrate HEART behaviors
- Submit an up-to-date resume or update Work History profile with current responsibilities and accomplishments
- Work a flexible schedule Monday thru Saturday
