Bilingual Spanish Call Center Sales Representative

Handle customer interactions via calls, chats, and emails in a fast-paced environment while providing solutions to prospective and existing customers. Identify upselling opportunities and close deals to reach sales targets, and accurately resolve issues related to service, billing, payments, and collections. Explain bills and product features clearly, troubleshoot basic technical problems, and build customer confidence and loyalty by fostering satisfaction. Work Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM with flexibility for schedule changes based on business needs.
