Job Summary
Assist the Retail Store Manager in coaching and leading team members to provide the best customer experience and technology solutions from AT&T products. Execute and exceed on all sales and operation initiatives while maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance. Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding service and participate in marketing activities to maximize daily selling opportunities. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet performance and operation standards. This role is part of a fast-growing AT&T Authorized National Retailer with over 180 locations, offering a pathway to manage your own location and uncapped commissions.
Required Qualifications
- Management experience in a similar field
- Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards
- Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age
- Legally able to be employed in the US
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand and walk around
- Ability to move about for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to occasionally lift and move objects of up to 10 pounds
- Ability to reach with hands and arms
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to balance on ladders
- Ability to stoop, kneeling, crouching
- Ability to fine handle display materials and merchandise
- Dexterity
- Ability to work with small parts in mobile phones
- Ability to look at a computer screen for prolonged periods of time
Desired Qualifications
- Management experience in the Wireless Industry
- Bachelor's degree
- Retail or customer-facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry
- Experience prospecting through outbound calls
