Job Summary
Assist the Retail Store Manager in coaching and leading team members to deliver the best customer experience and technology solutions for AT&T products. Execute sales and operation initiatives while maintaining location staffing, inventory, and appearance standards. Help customers make buying decisions through outstanding service and participate in daily marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities. Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards in a fast-paced environment requiring flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Develop skills to become a top Retail Store Manager when the opportunity presents itself.
Required Qualifications
- Management experience in a similar field
- Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards
- Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age
- Legally able to be employed in the US
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand and walk around
- Ability to move about for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to occasionally lift and move objects of up to 10 pounds
- Ability to reach with hands and arms
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to balance on ladders
- Ability to stoop, kneeling, crouching
- Ability to fine handle display materials and merchandise
- Dexterity
- Ability to work with small parts in mobile phones
- Ability to look at a computer screen for prolonged periods of time
Desired Qualifications
- Management experience in the Wireless Industry
- Bachelor's degree

- Experience prospecting through outbound calls
