Job Summary
Assist the Retail Store Manager in coaching and leading team members to deliver technology solutions for AT&T products while maintaining location operations, staffing, and inventory. Execute sales and operation initiatives to meet personal performance goals and AT&T standards, helping customers make buying decisions through outstanding service. Participate in daily marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities and maintain a clean, exciting environment for customers and staff. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays to support team goals.
Required Qualifications
- Management experience in a similar field
- Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards
- Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age
- Legally able to be employed in the US
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand and walk around
- Ability to move about for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to occasionally lift and move objects of up to 10 pounds
- Ability to reach with hands and arms
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to balance on ladders
- Ability to stoop, kneeling, crouching
- Ability to fine handle display materials and merchandise
- Dexterity
- Ability to work with small parts in mobile phones
- Ability to look at a computer screen for prolonged periods of time
