Bilingual Social Worker, Psychotherapist or Psychologist (Remote EAP Counsellor)

Bilingual EAP Clinical Counsellor (Social Worker, Psychotherapist or Psychologist) working remotely from Quebec. Provide short-term counselling to a varied client base via phone and video sessions; utilize clinical templates and technology tools to streamline note-taking; participate in team meetings and peer groups; collaborate within a large telehealth EAP team; require a master’s or doctoral degree in mental health, active licensure with OPQ or OTSTCFQ at the master’s level, and a minimum of five years of clinical experience. Demonstrates proactive, resourceful, organized practice with strong time management, crisis-management capability, and comfort with a diverse client base; fluency in French is required with bilingualism considered an asset.
