Job Summary
Bilingual Social Worker/Case Manager (Russian/English) for the Holocaust Survivor Program. Conduct intakes, screen and assist clients with applications and re-certifications for entitlements and benefits; assess clients in their home, hospital or other settings; advocate on behalf of clients and arrange provision of services; develop, implement and follow up on care plans; provide supportive counseling; maintain complete case notes and required documentation; report on statistics; participate in supervision and staff meetings; facilitate group activities; supervise social work students if applicable; complete mandatory trainings (e.g., HIPAA, OSHA, compliance); working conditions include potential work-from-home 2–3 days per week. Qualifications include Bachelor's Degree (MSW preferred), Russian language proficiency, and at least one year of related experience; strong MS Office skills and excellent communication and customer-service abilities. Salary range is $54,000–$66,400 per year. Location: Brooklyn, NY; remote option: hybrid.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other technology
