Job Summary
Conduct pre-employment screening, reference checks, and process field employee and customer referrals to source and recruit qualified candidates for construction sites. Maintain an active network of trade contacts, develop recruiting strategies across various media, and implement cost-effective recruitment functions. Process customer orders by assigning employees to sites based on skills and job requirements, ensuring accuracy and completeness in Avionte while counseling and coaching service employees. Requires bilingual (Spanish and English) skills, strong PC proficiency, and ability to travel to branch offices or customer locations. Required Qualifications
- Must have experience within skilled trade positions
- Knowledge of construction safety requirements
- Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy environment
- Strong team player with a high level of respect & appreciation for diversity
- Strong knowledge of Avionte ATS
- Flexibility to adapt to a frequently changing business environment
- Dependability and reliability
- Ability to analyze information quickly to make decisions and solve problems
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) skills may be required
- Must be able to travel to other branch offices or customer locations (Construction Sites) to assist as needed
- Must have experience working within a skilled trades environment and familiarity with tools /equipment used within
- Must have experience with construction safety requirements
- Familiarity with or experience in the construction field including multiple trades knowledge required
- Must be high school graduate
- Must have experience in a customer service environment
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
