Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, subcontractors, and workers while ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures. Lead and monitor the site workforce to drive productivity, manage procurement and delivery of materials and equipment, and develop project schedules with regular progress reporting. Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve challenges and escalate issues as needed. This bilingual role requires relocation to a Francophone country and offers a net salary of USD 500–750 plus flexible travel allowances for family visits to Nigeria or Gabon.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/HND in Civil Engineering or related field
- 3 – 5 years of proven experience in site supervision/management within civil engineering or construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and relevant legal regulations
- Hands-on experience in site material procurement
- Must possess a valid visa
- Open to relocating/working in a Francophone country
- Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken)
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
