Job Summary
Gather information from policyholders, make policy changes, prepare rate quotes, and make outbound calls to prospective customers. Resolve customer inquiries, explain insurance coverage, and handle inbound calls for service while assisting customers in the office. Work with clients to ensure proper insurance and navigate internal systems to update policies. Offer additional products to fill gaps in customer policies and ensure satisfaction on the first call. Requires an active General Lines Property and Casualty Agent license for Texas, bilingual Spanish/English skills, and high school diploma. Competitive pay and benefits included.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual Spanish/English
- Must be comfortable working in an office environment
