Job Summary
Lead full-cycle recruitment across Technology, Transformation, AI, Digital, and Commercial Underwriting while developing labour market intelligence, talent maps, and competitor insights. Build proactive sourcing strategies and leverage AI-enabled recruiting tools to attract specialized talent, advising leaders on build, buy, borrow, and develop workforce strategies. Partner with senior executives to align hiring with business priorities and drive innovation across recruiting processes and candidate experience. This role reports to the AVP, Talent Acquisition, within Zurich Canada's evolving strategic talent function. The position requires a bilingual candidate with 10+ years of experience in executive technical recruitment. Zurich Canada utilizes a hybrid work model with three days of in-person presence and offers a salary range of $80,000 to $110,000.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in executive, technical, or strategic talent acquisition
- Bilingual (English & French)
- Demonstrated success recruiting specialized technology, transformation, AI, digital, or technical insurance talent
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, talent mapping, and labour market intelligence
- Experience recruiting Guidewire, software engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, architecture, AI, data, and transformation roles
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management
- Experience translating market intelligence into business insights
- Experience using AI-enabled recruiting technologies
- three days per week of in-person presence
