Bilingual Senior Recruiter

Senior Recruiter responsible for service excellence throughout the recruitment cycle, acts as a brand ambassador, partners with hiring managers in a consultative capacity, mentors recruiters, stays abreast of market trends, and uses innovative search techniques to deliver top talent. Responsibilities include detailed job scope discussions with the hiring leader, timely review of applicants, running targeted recruitment marketing campaigns, sourcing via resume databases, Boolean search language, social media channels and the deep web, building passive candidate lists, leveraging referrals, conducting candidate phone interviews, coordinating interviews, keeping candidates updated, and ensuring compliance with OFCCP and other standards. Demonstrates industry expertise, maintains a strong talent pipeline, collaborates with leadership, and facilitates offers and acceptance. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of recruitment experience; English proficiency is required; positions are remote in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, or Mexico.
