Job Summary
Senior Recruiter responsible for delivering service excellence across the recruitment cycle, partnering with hiring managers in a consultative capacity, and acting as a brand ambassador. Focus on building talent pipelines, sourcing candidates via resume databases, networking sites, Boolean search, deep web techniques, social media, and referrals; conducting professional phone interviews; coordinating candidate offers; and providing timely updates. Expected to stay current on industry trends, mentor junior recruiters, comply with regulations, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience. English proficiency required, with experience recruiting in the US market and a manufacturing context highly preferred; role is remote with eligibility to work from Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, or Mexico.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field required
- Minimum of five or more year’s results-oriented recruiting experience
- Five years of recruitment experience within the US market
- Proficiency in English
- Experience utilizing deep web sourcing techniques
- Experience in in-house, RPO or agency recruiting environments
