Bilingual Senior Continuous Improvement Analyst (Hybrid/Telework)

Job Summary
Lead assigned continuous improvement and business process management initiatives by managing work from problem definition through implementation and sustained adoption. Define improvement scope by translating ambiguous business problems into structured objectives and analysis plans. Analyze processes using operational data, root cause analysis, and process evidence to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities. Facilitate workshops with cross-functional stakeholders to validate findings and build alignment around practical solutions. Design and document improved business processes using BPMN 2.0 and user-centred methods like journey mapping. Develop and monitor process performance measures, including KPIs related to volume, cycle time, and service levels. Partner with People Systems and technical SMEs to translate process needs into business requirements and system considerations. Deliver capability-building activities, including Lean Six Sigma White and Yellow Belt training sessions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Human Resources, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, or equivalent practical continuous improvement experience
- 5 to 7 years of progressive, hands-on experience leading continuous improvement, business process management, business analysis, service improvement, or operational improvement within a complex organization
- Experience analyzing, designing, improving, and documenting end-to-end business processes using BPM practices and BPMN 2.0
- Experience using operational data and process performance measures to identify opportunities, support decisions, and track outcomes
- Experience managing initiatives through discovery, analysis, implementation, adoption, and performance monitoring
- Experience supporting CI, BPM, or process performance training and knowledge-transfer sessions
- Knowledge of Human Resources, People & Culture, Shared Services, or corporate service delivery
- Experience with HR technology or cloud-based enterprise platforms such as Workday
- Experience with business process modelling tools such as SAP Signavio
- Experience using AI-enabled process analysis, process mining, or automation tools to support business process improvement, or capability-building support
- PMP, CBAP, CBPA/CBPP, Prosci, or other relevant certification
- Experience supporting internally developed CI training programs or capability-building initiatives
- Bilingualism in English and French
- Communicates clearly and persuasively with senior stakeholders, peers, and business partners, including audiences with limited knowledge of CI, BPM, service delivery, transformation, or project management
- Strong synthesis and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex process, data, system, and service delivery issues into clear findings, recommendations, and decision points
- Strong end-to-end process and systems thinking, with the ability to connect CI work across cross-functional handoffs, SaaS-enabled processes, and broader service delivery considerations
- Proactive and self-directed, with the ability to anticipate next steps, identify risks or dependencies, and advance assigned work forward while staying aligned to priorities
- Sound stakeholder judgment, including the ability to influence without formal authority, manage resistance, challenge constructively, and know when to push forward, adapt, or escalate
- Mandatory two days in the office per week
