Job Summary
Lead investigations and mediation within Employee Relations to support respectful workplace practices; develop and implement tools, standards, and templates for HR operational teams; strengthen hybrid health & safety practices; advance respect in the workplace policy including training for HR professionals; collaborate across HR, legal, compliance, communications and IT to implement programs and ensure a healthy, safe, and inclusive workplace nationwide in a bilingual Canadian context.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience with strong employee relations experience
- Bilingualism (French / English) is required
- No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada
Desired Qualifications
- CHRP designation and Workplace mediation or investigation certification preferred
- Bilingualism (French / English) is required
