Job Summary
Senior Client Service Representative, Group Benefits responsible for handling inquiries via phone/email/online system, educating plan sponsors on eligibility and administration, training plan administrators on the Benefits Now for Plan Sponsors tool, troubleshooting eligibility discrepancies, providing back-up support to EHC/Dental CSRs, and responding to claims/coverage inquiries. Requires bilingual English/French, a post-secondary education or equivalent, and at least 2 years of group benefits experience; emphasizes strong communication, problem solving, organization, and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education or equivalent
- 2 years of experience with Group Benefits
- Completion of LOMA, HIAA, GBA, or ACS is an asset
