Job Summary
Two school-based teaching opportunities in the San Antonio area for certified 6–12 Social Studies (Bilingual EN/ES) and 6–12 Science (Bilingual EN/ES). Responsibilities include delivering instruction aligned with Texas TEKS and district curriculum, creating engaging lessons, differentiating for diverse learners, maintaining an inclusive classroom, assessing student progress, collaborating with administrators, staff, and families, and supporting bilingual students through effective English/Spanish communication. Full-time for the 2026–2027 school year with on-site,San Antonio placement; salary is compensation-based with bi-weekly pay; benefits include medical/dental/vision options. Placement based on certification area and district needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Valid Texas teaching certification for 6–12 Social Studies or 6–12 Science
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a school team environment
- Passion for supporting student growth and achievement
- School-based teaching experience preferred
