Bilingual Second Shift Cleaning Supervisor

Conduct evening site visits to verify compliance with account scope of work and company policies. Manage inspections, address complaints, and oversee new client starts while maintaining relationships with independent contractors. Build strong working relationships by communicating client priorities and collaborating on solutions. Review client contracts to ensure work expectations are met and ensure compliance with approved cleaning tools and equipment. Communicate with the Facility Services Manager daily regarding immediate issues, including nightly recaps via email or phone. Drive within a localized territory and maintain a two-week daytime training period before the evening shift.
