Job Summary
Bilingual Sales Development Representative responsible for initiating contact with potential customers via inbound and outbound inquiries, conducting discovery calls to understand customer needs, routing promising opportunities to Account Executives, conducting account research to identify decision-makers, growing and maintaining the prospect database within the assigned segment, and delivering engaging online demos as needed. The role requires 1-2 years of experience in a B2B tech/SaaS environment, a proven track record of overachieving targets, proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, ZoomInfo, and Outreach, excellent communication skills in both French and English, and strong phone-based selling abilities.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales or business development role (B2B), ideally within a tech or SaaS environment
- Bilingual in French and English (verbal and written)
- Strong phone presence and resilience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, ZoomInfo, and Outreach
