Job Summary
Bilingual Scheduling Coordinator responsible for coordinating the scheduling of home care services for clients and caregivers, communicating with clients, families, and the care team to understand scheduling requirements, maintaining accurate schedules, collaborating with recruitment to ensure an adequate caregiver pool, handling scheduling conflicts and emergencies, guiding caregivers on scheduling needs, monitoring caregiver attendance and performance, and performing administrative tasks such as data entry and documentation while staying compliant with home care regulations. Must be fluent in Spanish and English and able to work in Rochester, NY onsite.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in scheduling, administrative support, or customer service, preferably in a healthcare or home care setting
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) required
